Eighth House Fashion cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund all monies via PayPal or Stripe.

Payments
All orders can be paid securely via PayPal or Stripe. Prices include standard UK VAT. If you experience any issues with payment, please contact shop@eighthhousefashion.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
- Customers in the UK mainland enjoy complimentary returns. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt and send the items back within 14 days of notification. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt.
- For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items may be returned for store credit, exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.
- You have a legal right under The Consumer Rights Act to reject goods that are faulty, unsatisfactory, or not as described, within 30 days of receipt.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Handling beyond what is necessary for inspection may result in a deduction from the refund.
Exceptions:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Leggings, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Log in to your Customer Account using your email and order ID.
- Select the items to return or exchange.
- Print the prepaid shipping label provided by email (UK returns only).
- Send the items back to us using this label or a tracked service for international returns.
Shipping & Delivery
We are delighted to offer complimentary standard shipping to all UK mainland addresses on every order. UK parcels are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 12pm (next working day if after) using a reliable tracked Royal Mail service, typically delivered within 2–4 working days.
- UK Mainland: Free shipping on all orders, 2–4 working days, tracked and signed.
- Europe (EU): Flat rate shipping £15. This covers standard and heavier garments such as maxi dresses, using a tracked and signed service. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days.
- International (Rest of World): Flat rate shipping £20–25, depending on parcel weight. This applies to standard luxury parcels up to ~1–2 kg, including maxi dresses, using a tracked and signed service. Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days.
Please note: Duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Eighth House Fashion.
