Shipping and delivery times may vary, depending on stock levels and postal peak periods. If you chose an enhanced delivery method above the standard delivery offered, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded in the event you return the item for a refund. Any duties or taxes incurred outside of the UK are not covered by Eighth House Fashion.

• UK Domestic – Orders for UK that are in stock are dispatched same working day if ordered before 12pm, or next working day if ordered after 12pm.Standard flat rate shipping to UK £5.00. This is a First Class Royal Mail signed for service. Delivery times approx 1-2 working days.UK orders over £100 qualify for Free Shipping. This is a Second Class Royal Mail signed for service. Delivery times approx 2-4 working days.If you require a faster shipping method, select the Standard Shipping to pay to upgrade to 1st Class. Orders outside of the UK will not qualify for Free Shipping.

Sometimes I will make garments to order, e.g. custom length or sized clothing, and these may take 7 to 10 days to get to you. I may also occasionally take pre-orders for specific garments. If you need your custom items to arrive sooner, please contact me and I’ll see what I can do. In the unlikely event it will take longer to send your garments, I will let you know asap. If you wish to cancel your order, I will issue a refund. All packages are sent tracked and signed for to make sure they reach you safely.
