All colours are produced as accurately as possible. Some colours may occasionally appear slightly different from our gallery pictures on our website due to your own resolution/picture settings. Eighth House Fashion cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Eighth House Fashion reserves the right to cancel orders and refund all monies using PayPal or Stripe.

You have the option to sign up to our mailing list for product updates, sales and special offers. If you choose to sign up to our newsletter you can unsubscribe at any time by scrolling to the bottom of any email from us and click the Unsubscribe link.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We recognise that privacy of your personal information while shopping online is extremely important. Eighth House Fashion will keep any personal information we collect from you secure. You can access any information we store about you upon request. We will not pass on your information to third parties, however we do have the right to disclose any personal information as required by law, when the disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and comply with the law.
PAYMENTS
Payments for Eighth House apparel are to be made using PayPal or Stripe. All items are inclusive of standard UK VAT. PayPal and Stripe are safe and secure ways of paying for goods online. If you encounter any problems during the payment process, please contact shop@eighthhousefashion.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, Eighth House Fashion are happy to exchange or refund your purchase should you not be entirely satisfied with your goods. You must cover the cost of the return postage for returns or exchanges, exchange items will be posted back out to you, free of charge. You can return your item for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
You have a legal right under The Consumer Rights Act to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and receive a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product. After 30 days, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault.
Exchange/refunds will only be given provided the items returned have not been worn, washed or damaged in any way and are returned in their original packaging. A deduction in refund can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. Once the item has been received by Eighth House Fashion, the replacement/refund will be given.
Please note the following exceptions to our Return & Refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Leggings, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must still have original tags on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To apply for a refund or exchange, please follow the instructions below.
- Login to your Customer Account using your email address and order ID.
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Print the prepaid shipping label you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to Eighth House Fashion using the label provided.
Eighth House Fashion is not responsible for return packages that do not reach us. Please obtain proof of postage. For large order returns we recommend you use a tracked service.
To obtain a refund/exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing shop@eighthhousefashion.com. Goods must then be sent and received by us within 14 days from confirmation of your return. Your order will be fully refunded within 14 days of us receiving the returned item
- Christmas Gifts – we will make exceptions for items returned or exchanged outside of the 14-day window if purchased during the Christmas shopping period. Please ensure you have notified us by the 10th January.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times may vary, depending on stock levels and postal peak periods. If you chose an enhanced delivery method above the standard delivery offered, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded in the event you return the item for a refund. Any duties or taxes incurred outside of the UK are not covered by Eighth House Fashion.
- UK Domestic – Orders for UK that are in stock are dispatched same working day if ordered before 12pm, or next working day if ordered after 12pm.Standard flat rate shipping to UK £5.00. This is a First Class Royal Mail signed for service. Delivery times approx 1-2 working days.UK orders over £100 qualify for Free Shipping. This is a Second Class Royal Mail signed for service. Delivery times approx 2-4 working days.If you require a faster shipping method, select the Standard Shipping to pay to upgrade to 1st Class. Orders outside of the UK will not qualify for Free Shipping.
- Europe (EU) – Orders for UK that are in stock are dispatched same working day if ordered before 12pm, or next working day if ordered after 12pm.Standard flat rate shipping to EU countries £8.00. This is a First Class Royal Mail signed for service. Delivery times approx 3-5 working days.
- International (outside EU) – Orders for outside of Europe that are in stock are dispatched same working day if ordered before 12 noon, next working day if ordered after 12 noon.Standard flat rate shipping to countries outside Europe (EU) £10.00. This is a First Class Royal Mail signed for service. Delivery times approx 5-7 working days.
