I’ve looked at your charts and I’m between sizes. Which size should I order?

I recommend you order the larger option as it’s better to have a little wiggle space than have to wiggle!

 

I love my garment but it doesn’t fit, can I change it?

Please email me at shop@eighthhousefashion.com and if the size you need is in stock, I will happily exchange it for you. If your size is not in stock, I should be able to give you a rough estimate of if and when I can make it for you (depending on materials available). I will cover the cost of returns and items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of parcel.

I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?

Providing your order has not been dispatched, or is not a custom order that I have already started cutting or sewing, it may be possible to amend your order. Please email shop@eighthhousefashion.com sales@sturdybydesign.com as soon as possible.

 

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping varies based on the item. Please send an email to shop@eighthhousefashion.com and I will happily assist you. NOTE: Express shipping is unavailable for pre-order items (Please check to the product description to see if your item is on pre-order).

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I ship worldwide! Customs charges are paid by the customer.

 

A friend bought me a Gift Card. How long is it valid for?

Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from purchase date.

 

I’ve lost my Gift Card code. Help!

Do you sell wholesale to retailers? 

Currently, it’s not physically possible for me to do so but I hope to grow the business and hire a team of awesome seamstresses or bring in an external manufacturer. Until then, I am making clothing directly for the wearer. If you see Eighth House Fashion items on a platform other than this website, my Instagram, Etsy and Facebook stores, please notify me right away.
