Sizing
I’ve looked at your charts and I’m between sizes. Which size should I order?
We recommend selecting the larger size when in doubt. A carefully considered ease ensures comfort without compromising the refined silhouette of our garments.
I love my garment but it doesn’t fit, can I change it?
Please email us at shop@eighthhousefashion.com. If the size you need is in stock, we’ll happily exchange it. If not, we can provide an estimate for creating the garment depending on material availability. Returns are covered by us, and items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, and is not a custom piece in production, amendments may be possible. Please contact us immediately at shop@eighthhousefashion.com.

What fabrics do you use?
Eighth House pieces are crafted from premium fabrics such as fine linen, TENCEL™, silk blends, and luxury knits. Each material is chosen for its drape, longevity, and ability to maintain a polished, elevated appearance over time.
How should I care for my garment?
Care instructions are included with every piece. In general, we recommend gentle washing, careful handling, and air drying to maintain the integrity and beauty of the fabric.

Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping options vary by item. Please contact us at shop@eighthhousefashion.com for assistance. Express shipping is not available for pre-order items — please check the product description for pre-order status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Each order is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
