I’ve looked at your charts and I’m between sizes. Which size should I order?
We recommend you order the larger option as it’s better to have a little wiggle space than have to wiggle.
I love my garment but it doesn’t fit, can I change it?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and if the size you need is in stock, we will happily exchange it for you. You pay to return the unwanted item(s), but we will send out your replacement free of charge. If your size is not in stock, we should be able to give you a rough estimate of when it’ will be available.
I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
Providing your order has not been dispatched, or is not a custom order that I have already started cutting or sewing, it may be possible to amend your order. Please email email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
A friend bought me a Gift Card. How long is it valid for?
Our Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
I’ve lost my Gift Card code. Help!
